Cubed Steak (beef, elk, venison)
Buttermilk
Flour
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 T Corn Starch
Salt & Pepper
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, cornstarch, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Depending on size of cubed steak you may want to cut into smaller sections. Dip steaks into buttermilk then dredge in flour mixture. In skillet heat oil on high. Cook steak until done on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve with peppered white gravy.
