2 cloves minced garlic (I double the garlic)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
2 anchovy fillets, drained and minced (I just use the tube)
2 T lemon juice
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
3/4 c olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Carefully slip eggs into saucepan of boiling water. Simmer exactly 1 minute. Crack eggs into the blender. Add garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, Worchestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
Blend well. With the blender on, slowly add the oil... so slowly that it doesn't separate.

Toss with romaine, sprinkled with parmesan, croutons and lemon wedges.

Personal Notes:
Serve while playing Bruce Springsteen, Born in the USA, with white garlic bread and lasagne...in February.
