1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 Tlb flour
3 Tlb fresh lemon juice
2 tsp (or more) grated fine lemon peel
1/4 tsp salt

These were really good tarts. Only made a dozen small tarts Next time I would triple the recipe to get 2 dozen larger tarts. You can make it in a traditional pastry or use a shortbread recipe for the crust. Preheat oven to 400 and when you put the tarts in turn down to 350
