2 lbs carrots, cooked and mashed
1 stick sweet butter
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour
¼ tsp salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs; gradually add flour and salt; add mashed carrots.
4. Beat all ingredients well. Pour into greased oven-proof pan.
5. Bake 1 hour uncovered.
