2 cups uncooked brown rice
2- 2 1/2 cups milk
1 Tlb butter (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 tsp grated lemon ring
1/4 cup brown sugar (or maple syrup)
raisins (lots if your not Megan)

Directions:
Directions:

Cook the rice in 8 cups of water till tender. Drain and rinse. The raisins must be the big fat Muscat raisins according to Grandpa. Mix remaining ingredients into rice. Pour
into greased casserole dish and bake at 350º for about an hour. Till lightly browned on top and creamy and custard like inside.
