1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
3 small eggs
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix and mold into a long roll on the molding board and let stand to stiffen.. Mix after stiffened and put in refrigerator overnight. Take out in the morning and roll in a roll to about 2 inches thick. Slice very thin and bake until golden.
