Small potatoes
olive oil
salt
pepper
smoked paprika
Directions:

Wash potatoes and cut off weird bits.
Put them in a plastic bag with everything else and massage them until they are all coated.
Put them evenly on a cookie sheet and bake at 450 degrees until done. Turn half way through - after about 10 minutes.

Okay...I don't think this is a rocket science recipe...but when I asked the kids and Jim which things to include, they all mentioned the potatoes. So... I did.
