1 and 1/2 lbs of pork tenderloin
1/2 c maple syrup
2 T soy sauce
2 T ketchup
1 T dijon mustard
2 tsp grated orange zest
1 and 1/2 tsp curry powder
1 and 1/2 tsp coriander
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim pork of all visible fat. Place it in a large ziplock bag.
Whisk together all remaining ingredients. Pour it over the pork and seal the bag. Turn the bag to coat the pork well. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour
Transfer pork and marinade to a small roasting pan or baking dish. Roast, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Pork should still be slightly pink in the middle.
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice thinly. Drizzle with extra sauce. Serve immediately.
