1 lb elbow macaroni (or other)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cups whole milk
2 cups mayo
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 carrots, peeled and grated
2 stalks of celery, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook pasta until very soft, about 15 minutes.
2. Drain pasta and transfer to a large bowl.
3. Stir in vinegar. Cool for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together milk, mayo, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over cooled noodles and stir until evenly coated.
5. Mix in carrots and celery.
6. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
