1-2 eggs for each person
salt
pepper
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the egg yolks and whites.
Whip the egg whites until fluffy.
Fold in salt and pepper.
Bake lightly for 5 minutes (350 degrees - preheated)
Place yolks on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until browned.
Serve.
