6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
6 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
2 pounds shrimp
pasta
salt
pepper
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Turn burner on high and melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Stir fry until water starts bleeding out & shrimp turn orange. Pour shrimp & juice into a bowl; set aside.

Melt remaining butter in pan. Mix in flour, get lumps out. Slowly mix in milk to avoid getting lumps. Keep stirring and put on burner, turn burner on high. KEEP STIRRING from outside in until sauce comes to a boil and thickens. Turn off burner and add parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Add shrimp and juices to mixture.
