2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
