8 cups warm water
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp yeast
3/4 cup sugar
1 large mixing spoon of shortening (or substitute oil)
16-20 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Start with 16 cups of flour and add more as necessary.
2. Let dough rise to double in size, punch it down, and let it rise again.
3. Punch down dough a second time and let it rise again.
4. Shape as desired.

Bread:
Place dough in a greased bread pan. Allow to rise. Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes.

Cinnamon rolls:
Roll the dough out. Spread 2 sticks of softened butter and 1 cup of brown sugar over the dough. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Roll the dough up along the long edge. Cut rolls to desired size and bake 30-35 minutes or until cooked.

Icing:
Mix 2 sticks of butter, 1 package cream cheese, and 1 tsp vanilla together. Add small amounts of milk as necessary to get to desired consistency.
