12 slices fresh white bread
1 lb bacon (cut each slice in half)
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1 T. sour cream
3 T. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from bread slices and flatten one slice at a time with a rolling pin. Spread with the mixture of cream cheese, sour cream, and chives. Roll and cut each slice into thirds. Wrap bacon pieces around each roll and secure with toothpicks.

Bake at 350 until bacon is crisp.

Can freeze in Ziploc bags. If frozen thaw before baking.
