2 lbs. chopped beef
grated onion
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
cube of beef bouillon dissolved in hot water
c. catsup (Ketchup)
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and mold into loaf pan.

Coat top of meatloaf with catsup and bake at 350 for 50 minutes to an hour.

This recipe was handed down to Naddy over 40 years ago. She added a few touches over the years and the kids have always loved it.
