2 T flour
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 c. milk
2 T butter
8oz Velveeta cheese - shredded
8 oz elbow macaroni (cooked 6 minutes and drain)
2 T bread crumbs (toasted in butter)

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine flour, salt and pepper; stir in milk until smooth.

Add butter, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Reserve c. cheese for topping.

Stir in remaining cheese until melted.

Add elbow macaroni and turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

Sprinkle with reserve cheese and top with bread crumbs.

Bake uncovered at 375 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
