1⅓ c. flour
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp banking soda
¼ tsp baking powder
5⅓ T unsalted butter
⅜ c. sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. mashed very ripe bananas
½ c. coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar on high speed until lightened in color and texture, 2 to 3 minutes.

Beat in the flour mixture until blended.Gradually beat in eggs.

Fold in bananas and nuts until combined.

Scrape batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes.
