2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
c. butter cubed
c. flour
1 c. milk
1 cup sour cream
c. parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
tsp. ground mustard
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni as instructed on package and drain. In sauce pan melt butter and add flour. Gradually add milk. Cook 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add sour cream, Velveeta, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and ground mustard; stir until smooth. Add pasta to cheese mixture. Pour into greased 3 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
