Olives- rinse with cold water and drain (of stuffed-remove pimentos before rinsing
3 lbs ground beef (80% lean)
4 eggs
Plain bread crumbs
Granulated garlic
Italian grated cheese
Parsley flakes
salt

Bread Crumb Mixture:
Plain Bread Crumbs
Salt
Granulated Garlic
Italian grated cheese
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except olives. Insert olive in the center of a walnut size amount of meat mixture so olive is completely enclosed in meat. Roll in a bowl of flour, dip in beaten egg (about 6 to 8 eggs) and roll in breadcrumbs mixture

Fry in olive oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Can freeze in Ziploc bags. If frozen, defrost and bake until warm.
