6 ounces roquefort cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon coarse fresh ground pepper
1 cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Crumble the roquefort cheese with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Worchester sauce, garlic powder, chives, and pepper. Mix well. Then add and mix in (do not beat) sour cream and buttermilk. Keep in refrigerator.
