6 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 sticks melted salted butter
3 cups flour
2 tspn baking powder
3 tspn vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy, gradually add sugar, beating until smooth and lemon colored. Add cooled melted butter, vanilla and mix well. Add flour and baking powder, and beat until smooth. Drop 1 tspn on hot pizzelle iron.

For chocolate- add 6 oz melted chocolate chips.
