Ingredients:  
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 T. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
tsp. vanilla extract
about 2 T. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chocolate and butter over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat.
Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
Stir in water,1 tsp. at a time until glaze is easily spreadable.

Glazes 1 (9in.) layer cake
