12 jalapeno peppers
lb. ground turkey or beef
c. finely chopped onion
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese (set aside c.)
1 T. minced cilantro
1 tsp. chili powder
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. cumin
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 350. Cut jalapenos lengthwise and remove seeds. Combine other ingredients in small bowl. Spoon mixture into jalapenos. Place stuffed peppers into baking dish. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
