1 can Cream of Potato soup
2 cans Cream Style corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. regular milk
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbl. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sliced dried chives
1 jar chopped pimento

Microwave: combine all ingredients in 3 qt. casserole except for chives and pimento. Stir well. Cover and microwave on high 17-19 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chives and pimento and microwave another 10 minute or until completely heated.

Stove top: combine all ingredients in large soup pot except for chives and pimento. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until heated. Add chives and pimento and continue to heat for another two minutes. This soup will stick and burn on the bottom if not stirred.

Grandma Osias and I attended a microwave class together and this was one of the recipes we received. She always made it in the microwave, but I preferred to make on the stove.
