Ingredients:  
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
c. granulated sugar
tsp. salt
4 T. butter
tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, combine chocolate with c. water.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted.
Add sugar and salt.
Cook, stirring, until sugar is dissolved and mixture thickens- about 5 min.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
Let cool to desired temperature.
