3 pkgs. (3 oz.) vanilla pudding, cook and serve
4 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy cream
6 T. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Make pudding as pkg. directs using 4 c. milk.
Pour into a large bowl. Place waxed paper directly on surface of pudding. Chill at least 1 hr.
In a separate bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar and vanilla.
With electric mixer, beat until just stiff.
Fold whipped cream mixture into pudding until well combined.
Refrigerate several hours before using.
