Leftover chicken carcuss ( or a small baked chicken)
4 large onions (chopped)
3 large carrots (chopped)
1 whole bulb of garlic
8 cups of water
1/2 cup brown rice
lots of parsley
1/4 tsp or more of cayenne pepper (frees up your sinus)
4 tsp tamari or soya sauce (don't need to add salt lots in tamari)


Directions:
Directions:
Brown the carcass in oven then boil in water and strain and skim off fat. Leave in chunks of meat.
Add remaining ingredients and boil till cooked not burnt (Davids advice)
