Ingredients:  
1 lb bulk sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
tsp dry mustard
6 slices of bread (sliced into cubes)
1 c. sharp grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain.
Beat eggs, mustard, salt & pepper, and milk together.

Layer sausage, bread, and cheese in a greased 9x13" pan.

Pour egg mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.

This brunch casserole is always served along side the Baked French Toast for Mother's Day Brunch and Christmas morning. As with the french toast - I suggest making a double batch!
