3 chicken breasts
3 chicken legs
3 chicken thighs
1 tsp rosemary or thyme or paprika
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup of all purpose flour
1" of shortening in frying pan

Directions:
Directions:
sprinkle on spices,
dip in flour, shake off excess.
Heat frying pan to 350 ( until a cube of bread turns brown in 15 seconds)
Cook chicken (legs and thighs) skin side down for 5 min
Add breasts
Put lid on pan and cook for 10 min.
Turn chicken over and cook uncovered for 10 min.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
