8 ozs dried apricots
1 cup orange juice
1 cup of ground almonds
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:

Simmer apricots and juice in a small saucepan for 10-12 minutes or till apricots are soft and juice thickens. Set aside to cool. Finley crunch almonds in blender. Add apricot mix and honey. Process till thoroughly mixed. Next take the mixture and squeeze together to make bite sized balls. Rolls balls in coconut. Refrigerate for a few hours and .............ENJOY
