1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
2 heads Napa cabbage
8 green onions
1 stick butter
2 packages ramen noodles, crushed (without seasoning)
6 oz slivered almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar together for 1 minute and set aside. Shred cabbage and finely slice onions, then combine in large bowl. Melt margarine in a frying pan, then brown crushed noodles, almonds and sesame seeds until lightly browned. Just before serving, toss all together.

This is not good leftover. For Fourth on the Farm, I have combined half of the mixture together, then stored the remaining ingredients for the next day to toss together for another meal.
