1 Ready pie dough
1 large onion, diced
2 T butter
2 eggs
12 oz spinach
1 lb cottage cheese
¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¾ C American cheese, diced
Directions:
Directions:
* Cook and drain spinach, and set aside.
* Saute diced onion in butter in a pot.
* Add spinach, eggs, cheeses, and spices.
* Mix on low flame.
* Optional: Paint the ready pie dough with mustard.
* Bake the pie dough for apx. 10 minutes in 350º oven
* Pour mixture into pie dough and bake for apx. 30 minutes or until melted and slightly golden.
* Enjoy!
