5 c. sliced fresh peaches (about 9 medium)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar or ¾ c. packed light brown sugar
¼ c. flour
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
2 T. butter

Pastry for 9 in. 2 crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
In large bowl, mix peaches and lemon juice.
In small bowl, mix sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Stir sugar mixture into peaches.
Turn into pastry lined pie plate.
Dot with butter.
Cover with top crust that has slits cut into it. Seal and flute edge.
Cover edge with foil or metal pie crust shield.
Bake until crust is golden brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust. 35-45 min.
