1 1/2 Tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound thick cut Bacon (about 12 slices)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Place bacon on rimmed sheet pan
Mix sugar and two peppers and sprinkle on bacon
Cook for 20 minutes
Flip bacon , season and cook 20 minutes
