12 large, 1/4" Sliced yellow peppers
12 Large 1/4" Sliced red peppers
Brine:
6 Cups of Water
3 Cups of Vinegar
1 Cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
Add to jar
Peppercorns

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brine to a boil and put in sliced peppers for 1-2 min. take out and put in bowl.
Put peppers in jars
add 3 peppercorns per jar
fill with brine
lids on tight
