Crust!
1-1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
4Tb of butter melted
filling
2--8oz cream cheese softened
2--eggs
1egg yolk
3/4 cup of eggnog
3/4 cup of sugar
41/2 tsps flour
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Degrees
mix graham cracker crumbs and butter
Press mixture in a 9 by 9 baking dish
bake for 5 minutes
in a mixer beat cream cheese untill fluffy
Add sugar)eggs egg yolk eggnog flour vanilla and nutmeg
mix untill smooth
pour cheesecake filling over crust
put the cheesecake baking dish in the larger pan and add enough water to come half way up the cheesecake dish
bake for 40 to 45 minutes or untill set
remove the cheesecake pan and cool onChill in the frig for 3Hours untill servingwire wrack for 30 Minutes
note it's what you call a water bath baking so it steams in the oven for the ones that are not familiar with that type of baking
