1 lb ground chuck
1 lb pork sausage
1 cup white corn meal
cup flour
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
4 oz V8 juice

SAUCE

40 oz V8 juice
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and form balls.
Bake at 225 for 15-20 minutes

SAUCE

Mix and pour over balls.
Cover and cook on medium heat for 45 minutes until sauce thickens.
