¾ c. graham cracker crumbs
1 T. sugar
2 T. melted butter
1 pkg Jello lemon pie filling
¾ c. sugar
1 ½ c. milk
1 ½ lbs cream cheese
3 eggs
1 t. vanilla
¼ t. salt

Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 T. sugar, melted butter. Press into bottom of 9 " spring form pan. Cook and stir pie filling, remaining sugar, milk until comes to full boil. Remove from heat. Cover. Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and salt. Add filling and mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 425ºfor 30 min. Turn off oven and open door. Leave cake in oven for 30 additional min. Cool.
