1¾ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
2½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
5 Tbls. chilled butter
6 Tbls half and half
1 large egg, beaten
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. In food processor, blend flour, sugar baking powder, salt and butter until pea shapes form. Add half and half, egg, cranberries and white chocolate. Blend until dough is sticky. Scoop out and squeeze together to form dough ball. Knead on floured board for about 1 minute. Pat into rectangle ½ inch thick. Cut into triangles and place on parchment covered baking sheet. Bake about 14 minutes until golden brown. Drizzle frosting made of powdered sugar and water over top if desired.
