1 c Mashed Potatoes with 1/4 c Water cooked in
2 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 c Milk
1 c Yeast ( c warm water, 1 t sugar, 2 T flour. Let rise until cup is filled)
c Butter and Lard

Directions:
Directions:
Kneed
Let it rise until it doubles in bulk
Kneed again
Roll and cut, let rise again.
