Raisin Bread Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 c Very warm water in warm bowl
add 1 package of Yeast
stir until dissolved
Add:
3 T Sugar
1 t Salt
2 T Oil
Stir until Blended
Add
1 c Flour
Beat well
Add c Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Place on floured board
Roll out until smooth and elastic
Roll into ball and place into greased bowl
Brush top with oil
Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hr.
Punch down
Shape and place into greased loaf pan
Let it rise for 1 hr

Bake at 400 approximately 35 mins.
