2 - 15 oz. cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 - 15 oz. can white shoe peg corn (drained)
½ cup - chopped red onion
6 tbsp. - fresh lime juice
6 tbsp. - olive oil
½ cup - cilantro
1½ tsp. - cumin
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup - chopped tomato
1 - jalapeno (minced)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except the tomato and jalapeno.
Refrigerate over night.
Add tomato and jalapeno before serving.
