Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 two crust pie dough
1 c. sugar or splenda
2 T. cornstarch
2 c. mild
4 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put pie crust into pan. Cut other crust into strips. Twist strips into bottom of crust in a lattice pattern. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients and pour over twisted strips. Push dough into milk mixture. Set pie into a cookie sheet (it will probably boil over). Bake at 350 35-45 min. This Pie is better if left a little gooey in center and around edges. The crust will bake, but the custard will still be gooey.

Personal Notes:
None of us remember Mom's dad, Grand Pap Mayhugh, but everytime she made this pie, either her, or Mom Mom would always remark that it was his favorite pie.
