48 Hershey' Kisses Milk Chocolate
1 c. butter (2 sticks) softened
1/3 C. Sugar
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. mini chips


Chocola Drizzle:
1/4 c. mini chips
1 t. shortening
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add flour to butter mixture; blend until smooth. Stir in small chocolate chips. Mold scant T. dough around each chocolate kiss, covering completely. shape into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 mins. or until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Prepare chocolate drizzle. Place mini chips and shortening in a small microwave-safe bowl. microwave at med. (50%) for 30 30 seconds; stir. if necessary, microwave an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Drizzle over each cookie
