2 c sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
tsp nutmeg
1 c Libby's solid pack pumpkin
1 c sugar
c milk
2 eggs
c softened butter
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs in mixing bow.. Add dry ingredients and butter; mix until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in well greased 9 x 9 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 oven for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Makes one loaf.

For two loaves, use one can (303) of Libby's pumpkin and double remaining ingredients. Bread may be frozen.
