Filling: 1 box apricots (cover with water and cook until soft) 3/4 c. sugar 3 Tbsp cornstarch
Blend flour and oleo. Add egg yolks and sugar. Work in vanilla and sour cream. Roll "cookie dough" into rounded balls, chill. Roll out in powdered sugar into a circle. Put filling in center- turn over and press the edges closed. Bake at 350º.
