1 15 ½ oz. can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
3 sliced bananas
2 11 oz. cans mandarin orange sections, drained
2 medium apples
½ lb. purple grapes, halved and seeded

Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. Combine sugar, flour, egg, and juice in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Allow the mixture to cool. Combine nuts and fruit. Add dressing, stirring well. Chill before serving.
