Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
⅓ c. sugar (splenda works great)
3 T. tapioca
1 egg
pinch salt
2 c. milk
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except vanilla. Let set for 5 min. Either stir over med high heat until bubbly, or cook in microwave until bubbly. (If using microwave, use a bowl 2 times larger then it looks like you need. It will boil over if you do not.)
Stir in vanilla and cool.
