1 lb. ground beef
1 32 oz. jar speg. sauce
1 c. water
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 T. parmesan cheese
2 eggs
¼ t. pepper
8 oz. shredded mozzarella
8 oz. manicotti shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. Add speg. sauce, water, and 1 t. salt. Simmer, combine ricotta and parmesan cheese, eggs, pepper and 1 c. mozzarella. Stuff shells with cheese mixture. Bake in single layer, cover with meat sauce and remaining cheese. Bake at 350ºuntil bubbly.
