4 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cups butter

Mix well


3 egg yolks
1 cup our cream
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all and roll into a ball and chill.

Divide into 8 parts and roll into a circle on a board dusted with powdered sugar.
Divide into 12-16 wedges.

Egg Mix:
3 egg whites beaten until fluffy.
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Brush rolled dough with egg mix and sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon and sugar.

Roll each wedge starting at the wide end.

Brush rolled wedge with egg mix and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.

Place on heavily greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 for 8-12 minutes until light brown.
